6 holes for multiple padlocks in a flexible hasp. Allows the safe and effective lock out where electric power isolation is required by more than one operative.

6 separate padlock holes allowing multiple padlocks to be used. Especially useful where multiple technician are working to prevent accidental powering up of high voltage systems.

Hasp length: 101mm; hole diameters: 10mm.
Use with Laser Part No. 6641 safety lockout padlocks.
Manufactured from non conductive nylon material.
